Volunteer at the State Tournament

You’re invited to be part of the 16th Annual Oregon Battle of the Books State Tournament!

Our State planning team are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to fill the following roles that are vital to creating a smooth and memorable experience for our student participants.

• Moderators
• Scorekeepers
• Timekeepers

Tentative Schedule

Elementary Division

• 8:30–9:30 AM: Mandatory in-person training

• 9:45 AM–12:00 PM: Pool Play

• 12:00–3:00 PM: Bracket Play

Middle & High School Divisions

• 9:45–10:45 AM: Mandatory in-person training

• 11:00 AM–1:15 PM: Pool Play

• 2:30–4:00 PM: Bracket Play

To volunteer:
