Volunteer Training
This is mandatory session for all moderators, timekeepers, and scorekeepers (no team coaches).
Building 6; Hospitality Room
Third Street Books
All day, Third Street Books of McMinnville will be selling 2020OBOB titles, 2020 BCCCA titles,
as well as Christopher Healy’s and Melissa Hart’s books. A 10% discount will be given for purchases of five
or more books.

Bracket Seeding
The top sixteen teams that move on to the bracket rounds will be announced on stage after the author presentation.Results will also be posted in the lobby outside the auditorium.

Author Presentations
The author of The Hero’s Guide to Saving Your Kingdom, Christopher Healy, will give a Skype presentation to the elementary schoolteams at 12:15 PM after the morning pool play rounds. Melissa Hart, author of Avenging the Owl, will speak to middle school and high school teams at1:30 PM. Each author will also sign books in the lobby.

Breaks
Between pool play and bracket rounds, food is available for purchase at Frontline Café. Options include pizza, sub sandwiches, smoothies, and espresso.

Bracket Results
Results of the elimination rounds will be updated on the bracket board in the lobby outside of the
auditorium.

Championship Battles
All championship battles will take place in the auditorium, with awards and photos immediately
following. Start times may vary, depending on the length of the previous battle. Please be flexible with
the times and respectful of the other divisions’ championship battles that are in progress.
